- Saving issues: the world name, the save status shown on the page and the save name.

- Privacy requests: the data you want accessed, corrected or deleted. Identity is verified through official channels.
Keep your sign-in details safe
Never include codes, passwords, Google credentials or API keys when you contact us. Check screenshots and saves for anything you don’t want to share before sending them.
How we respond
Messages are handled by people on the operating team; there’s no live chat. Keep your order number and related records. We verify identity and the facts before handling payment, refund or data requests. Never give a sign-in code or payment password to anyone claiming to be support.
